What is CPD Ledger?
A private mobile ledger for your CPD Activities, Clinical and Ethics Points, and upcoming expiries. The apps are coming soon.
Who is the first release for?
Psychologists, Psychometrists, Registered Counsellors and Psychotechnicians under the HPCSA Professional Board for Psychology.
Does CPD Ledger confirm HPCSA compliance?
No. CPD Ledger is independent of the HPCSA and does not verify or submit Activities. Results reflect your entries and verified Requirement Policies. Missing policies display Requirement unavailable.
How do Points and expiry work?
Clinical and Ethics Points count separately. Verified Requirement Policies determine expiry from each Activity’s Earned Date. Expired Activities stay in your history but no longer count towards current totals.
Will I need a subscription?
No. The first release is planned to be free, with no subscription.
Can I upload certificates or use it offline?
The first release requires an internet connection and does not support certificate uploads or reminders. You can record optional provider and accreditation references.
Can I export my data or delete my account?
The mobile app will offer JSON export and account deletion after identity verification and confirmation. Full privacy and deletion details will be available before launch.
